Not really as much animé as a American cartoon designed to looks like an anime; like Teen Titans. They were both MADE to LOOK like anime, but actually weren't. :)

It's american made (like Avatar as well as Teen Titans)..that's funny because Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi if I recall sang the Teen Titans theme song. oh and therefore it can't be animé even though it most likely was based off animé and even has some Japanese names..it's not an animé if it's not made in Japon and not dubbed into english and others languages..anime are made in Japon (the original version is Japanese) and it's dubbed into different languages.

No. It's an American show. But has some things in it that are Japanese. But it isn't anime.
