Why can't i find the animé 'The legend of black heaven (kacho ohji)' in any animé watching sights?

i've been searching it for ages but i can't find it anywhere. is there another name for it? ou is it not a real anime? (i know i can watch it on Youtube but i want to know it's rating and stuff + it's better quality.)
