They breed the chiens until they can't be bred anymore. Then they let the chiens into the wild. You're probably thinking, "They mustn't be all bad right? I mean they let the chiens go." WRONG! Yes, they let the chiens go, but par the time the chiens are released, they can't even walk. Nobody will want them because they're old, and people like puppies.
