We have a fairly new animal orginization called CAARE...

It's about a an old but they are getting virtually nowhere. Some of the town doesn't like it just because the person running it is a lesbian, but she is really nice and that has nothing to do with the cause. We have a lot of stray animaux around my city. Any strays that come to my grandma's house, she brings in and takes care of, even though she barely has enough money. We have a lot at my house also, which I name and put out water and dry nourriture for. We have called the woman who works with care and she has been avoiding us. She responded automatically to my uncle who had a stray cat at his house that was on the brink of death, but she doesn't listen to us anymore. The only person we have found who will take these stray chats has many animaux and plenty of money, she is extremely nice and caring to both people and animals, she has fostered children and animals, and I believe she should be awarded for taking in these animaux and caring for them. But we still have so many stray animaux in out neighborhood, people who live across from us have many animaux and their house smells terrible and I consider it animal abuse, the condition that these animaux live in. CARRE isn't getting many donations because the people in our city have little money, and the money the city does have is not going to the right things. The CAARE assosiation doesn't even have a building yet. I know this is very long, but what can I do about all of this? The local animal catcher Beck only saves dogs, and he either takes the chats and kills them ou doesn't take them at all. If toi live near my area, don't call him for any help.
