When I ever I watch it I always cry. However, it may be tied with one or two other scenes, I dunno. Either way, the whole Buffy/Angel relationship is so tragic. Yes its on Angel, but I consider BtVS/Angel one universe - to me THAT was more heartbreaking than the one I picked - considering in Angel ep "I Will Remember You" they both got what they both wanted. Angel to be human, Buffy to be a normal girl with no slayer baggage and just be with her man with no supernatural ties to the relationship and the absolute peace of mind, of course, by the end of it, angel selflessly gave it all up in order to save the woman he loved from an early grave (how ironic) and on top of that be the only one to have the HAPPIEST memories of actually being with buffy as a human without the fear of turning into angelus - only he would remember the others, including buffy would forget it ever happened - my heart broke for him and for buffy. Geez Joss- is it too hard for you to allow one of your couples have a happy ending?? posted il y a plus d’un an.

Same with the scene of Angel learning about Buffy's death, and the scene of him speaking about her death - they'd both be here if it was for the spin-off too. And clearly Joss can't let himself let the majority of his couples have a happy ending. I've seen BTVS, Angel, Dollhouse, Firefly and Serenity, and I can still count the number of couples who are together and alive by the end of their story on one hand! posted il y a plus d’un an.
