The both loved each other of course!
But I think Anakin a bit more.
He did everything for her!
Even went to the dark side for saving her.

1: he risked being kicked out of the jedi order for her
2:he went to the dark side to save her
3:he was never scared to say that he loved her even when he didn't know if she felt the same way

They loved each other equally. Not a fair question.

i totally agree with Xnaley_JamesX and anakin_fan81 its obvious they both loved each other alot but anakin did and gave everything up for her his love for her is what turned him to the dark side and caused her to give up the will to live so you can litterly say he loved her to death (srry that was really lame lol)

they clearly loved each other equally, but like people have said, since that isn't an option, i would have to go with anakin since he sacrificed everything for her and went to the darkside to save her! stupid decision, not something i would do tbh, but that just proves how strong their love was. anakin killed all his friends for her and even after he did all that, she was prepared to forgive him and take him back!

Anakin did truly love padme alot even if it did twist his mind but i love how passionate and affectionate towards her,not many on screen couples with that much passion
