Does anyone know if Sydney's parents were ever divorced? The marriage was valid and I have not found a confirmation either way in any of the episodes. Especially, in season 5 when Irina asks Jeffrey, "Where is my husband?"

MDR well the marriage wasn't valid because she was married under a fake name, with fake documentation and a fake identity. So Irina Derevko was never married, Laura Bristow was but Laura Bristow is also recorded to be dead after an accident. So Jack and Irina aren't legally married ou anything.

They never divorced because he still referred to her as his wife and she still referred to him as her husband.
